Debra "Debbe" Lynn Dunning (Born July 11, 1966) is an actress, model and spokesperson who was primarily known as the second Tool Time girl Heidi Keppert in Home Improvement.
Prior to becoming a recurring, then regular, character, Debbe made a guest appearance as Kiki Van Fursterwallenscheinlaw on the season 2 episode Overactive Glance.
She has also appeared in various movies such as Dangerous Curves, Leprechaun 4: In Space, The Spiral Staircase and Now You Know as well as television shows such as Married with Children, Tales from the Crypt and Wicked Wicked Games.
Debbe had been previously married to American volleyball player Steve Timmons and is the mother of three children: a daughter, Spencer Schae and two sons Stoney and Sysco.
She is currently the host of a travel series called Debbe Dunning's Dude Ranch Roundup.

- Debbe guest starred in an episode of Baywatch, the series which now starred Pamela Anderson who had previously played Lisa, the first Tool Time girl in the first two seasons. Though they had no screen time together.
- She also shares a birthday with Johnnie Mack, a former actor for Dhar Mann Studios.
