A Hardware Habit to Break is the twenty-first episode of the eighth and final season, and the one hundred ninety-seventh episode of the series overall. It originally aired on ABC in the United States on March 30, 1999.
Synopsis[]
Harry announces that he is retiring to Arizona and selling the hardware store. Tim organizes a fundraising party for the store, but ends up buying it himself. But when the customers dry up, Tim begins to wonder what he is doing wrong. In the end, Marty and Jeff take the store off of Tim's hands. Brad tries to go to Florida for spring break.
