Tanks for the Memories is the first episode of the fourth season. It was the first Home Improvement episode to be aired in syndication on September 11, 1994.
NOTE: This is the first episode in which an anthropomorphic version of the Home Improvement logo, using various types of animation, appears during the cold open. This remains in use until the show's ending in 1999. This is also the first episode to use a new opening credits sequence that is entirely different from those used in the previous seasons.
Synopsis[]
Tim and Jill play each other in a tank diving competition, and Jill wins. However, Tim doesn't congratulate her because he thinks she humiliated him. The boys suffer at Al's for a weekend, until they see the Tool Time game.
