Timothy "Tim" Allen Dick (Born June 13, 1953) plays Tim "The Toolman" Taylor in Home Improvement.
He is also known for voicing Buzz Lightyear in the Disney/Pixar Toy Story franchise and portraying Scott Calvin in The Santa Clause trilogy.
References to the characters are made as in one episode when he dresses up as Santa Claus and grunts "Ho Ho Ho" and in another episode when he holds up a Buzz Lightyear toy.
